MIS Assemble & On-The-Fly Assemble

The MIS Assemble and On-The-Fly Assemble modules are integrated with our Inventory and Order Entry functions and allow you to enter component products in order to form a finished product. In general, there are three types of product assemblies (or kits) that are performed in a typical business.

As the name implies, this module is designed to notify you and your staff of critical events and key business indicators via email. Emails are automatically sent to anyone you choose (owners, managers, staff, salespersons, etc.) – you are in control.

AccuCommunicate

AccuCommunicate is a module that allows you to automatically fax and/or email invoices and statements in mass. The automatic email/fax of invoices and statements can be controlled by the customer (you can elect which customers receive printed invoices or statements, which customers receive emailed invoices or statements, which customers receive faxed invoices or statements, or a combination).
